Bottling

Just finished bottling the Lil' Lindsay Milk Stout. The final gravity came in at 1.022 so this gave the beer a good 5% in alcohol. This was a smooth tasting beer going in lets see what 2 weeks will do and then it should have a great flavor. I am going to brew a good old California common next and hopefully get in a Soda. yes you saw correct a soda. I think with Lindsay now in the family I should brew one non alcoholic drink. I will keep you posted as to what I will brew. Hops updates: the hops plant I put in about 2 weeks ago is starting to grow and with the weather finally not in the 90's this plant should do very well. Just think next fall I will be brewing my with my own hops. Shhhh...Baby is crying so time to go. Until next time. Lindsay holding the yeast for her first Stout.
