Under Construction...

That is the sign we need for the next few weeks as we finish the bids for the house this week. We are getting a few things done like painting, siding, flooring and landscaping. Should have had done this all when we where living here permanently and made the house nice for us and family. Oh well you learn as each thing passes. So I got the hammer out and after banging my thumb 10 times it was time to call the big boys to come in and help get the house ready.

So back to taking bids and finding all that needs to get ready so we can sell this house. I will make this deal to the rest of you as I did my beer club. If you find a person or yourself buy our home. I will not buy you a six pack of your favorite beverage like I do for my beer friends. This is usually when I am selling some brewing equipment or needing extra room or I have extra stuff. I will get that person for either helping or buying our home 6 kegs worth of beer. Now that’s a deal!
